Crystals are fragile and every piece is one-of-a-kind. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and disputes work on destash.rocks to protect both buyers and sellers.
Each seller sets their own return policy at the time of listing. The policy is displayed on the listing page before purchase. Buyers are responsible for reviewing the return policy before completing a purchase. Available return policy options are:
All sales are final. No returns accepted under any circumstances except as required by law.
The buyer may initiate a return within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. Item must be returned in its original condition.

Once the seller confirms receipt of the returned item in its original condition, they must issue a refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to seller error or item misrepresentation.
Protected Returns
If a buyer receives an item that is materially different from what was described or disclosed in the listing, the buyer may open a dispute through the platform regardless of the seller's stated return policy.
Destash Rocks will review the dispute and may require the seller to accept a return and issue a refund if the item was materially misrepresented.
If an item arrives damaged, the buyer should:
Every shipment generated through the Destash Rocks platform includes up to $100 in carrier insurance through EasyPost. For items valued above $100, additional insurance is available at the time of label generation.
Destash Rocks is not responsible for carrier damage beyond the insurance coverage included with each label.
If a buyer and seller cannot resolve a dispute on their own, either party may escalate the dispute to Destash Rocks through the platform's dispute system. Destash Rocks will review the dispute and communicate with both parties.
Destash Rocks acts as a mediator only. We do not guarantee refunds, returns, or specific outcomes. Our role is to review evidence from both parties and make a determination based on platform policies.
Our determination in any dispute is final with respect to platform-level actions such as refund release, account restrictions, or listing removal. It does not prevent either party from pursuing legal remedies outside the platform.
Buyers who abuse the dispute system by filing false or frivolous claims may have their accounts restricted or permanently banned.
